Using OOC information to either gain an advantage or make general use of it IC is strictly disallowed.

4) Do not deathmatch.
This is not a deathmatch server and we will therefore enforce this rule, only broken if you kill someone without a valid reason. GA's can judge a reason by using common sense and influence their final verdict by it.

  • The punishment for breaking this rule can vary from an admin jail to a permanent ban, solely depending on severity.

5) Do not make use of third party applications.
We are a vanilla roleplay server and we do not allow the use of third party applications (such as a camera hack or a CLEO modification). Using third party applications to gain an advantage is strictly forbidden. Commercial use (such as making a video), however, can be allowed if permission has been granted by a GA.

  • The punishment for breaking this rule can lead to a permanent ban.

6) Courtesy, professionalism and respect is our key to success.
This includes racism and disgusting otherwise offensive roleplay such as recalling inhumane events from history. We are here to enjoy ourselves and respect each other. We abide by a zero tolerance policy and will not hesitate to take action against those who ruin the fun for others.

  • The punishment for breaking this rule is a permanent ban without pardon.

7) A GA's verdict is final.
When a GA makes the decision to punish you, he or she has the right to punish you more severely should you annoy him or her about the final verdict laid upon you.

  • The punishment for breaking this rule can vary from a more severe punishment than your current one to a temporary ban.

8) Sharing, distributing, buying and selling accounts is forbidden.
We are not a public market for accounts and therefore forbid any kind of interaction between accounts. If you do not want your account anymore, let it either rest or request for it to be closed and possibly stored.

  • The punishment for breaking this rule can vary from a permanent ban or a permanent lock on the concerning account.

9) You are obliged to report faults in our system and bugs in our script.
We try to provide you a waterproof script although this can sometimes lead to mistakes being made. Should you ever find one, you are obliged to report it. Exploitation of any kind of bug is strictly forbidden.

  • The punishment for breaking this rule can lead to a permanent ban without pardon.

10) Common sense is a must.
It's extremely annoying to see absolutely improper roleplay such as robbing people in a hugely crowded area otherwise police supervised area. This rule varies from robbing to general roleplay and can be considered as a broken rule should you ever roleplay improper.

  • The punishment for breaking this rule can vary from an admin jail to a permanent ban, solely depending on severity.

11) Never initiate an OOC conversation during a roleplay situation unless necessary.
You are here to roleplay and not here to chat with your friends in a local OOC chat. You can use the PM function for that. You can be reported for failure to roleplay by taking a situation to a OOC environment.

  • The punishment for breaking this rule can vary from an admin jail to a permanent ban, solely depending on severity.

12) Terrorists attacks and rebellious acts of violence are not allowed unless permission has been granted by a GA beforehand.
We have decided to make sure that a terrorist attack or rebellious act of violence needs to be granted permission beforehand to avoid these situations occurring on a daily basis. The whole situation shall be observed by a GA to ensure every thing was roleplayed correctly.

  • The punishment for breaking this rule can vary from an admin jail to a permanent ban, solely depending on severity.

13) IC and OOC corruption is not allowed.
We are a new and fresh server, and we'd hate to lose faction members due to either IC or OOC corruption. Any light variant corruption from IC abuse to higher priced tickets can be discussed with a GA.

  • The punishment for breaking this rule can vary from an admin jail to a permanent ban (and a possible faction ban), solely depending on severity.

14) Do not run in every direction possible to avoid being hit.
Running around in random shapes, lines and directions to avoid being shot is against the rules. Make sure you roleplay running away and don't run in every direction possible to avoid being hit.

  • The punishment for breaking this rule can vary from an admin jail to a permanent ban, solely depending on severity.

15) Do not rob or scam players that are not higher than or level 3.
It is our duty to welcome new players to our server accordingly, and it wouldn't be nice if they got robbed within minutes or hours of joining the server. Should you rob or scam someone higher than or level 3, there is no limit. It is your own responsibility to protect your money and how much you carry on you. Robbing their bank account is not allowed.

  • The punishment for breaking this rule can vary from an admin jail to a permanent ban, solely depending on severity.

16) Do not clog up the chat.
There's nothing more annoying and therefore spamming on this community is not allowed. This concerns sending more than 5 lines of text within a span of 3 seconds.

  • The punishment for breaking this rule can vary from an admin jail to a permanent ban, solely depending on severity.

17) Do not advertise in any way what-so-ever.
We are not an advertisement company and this is our community, emphasis on our, meaning we do not advertise for other companies, institutions, communities or servers. If you ever doubt about whether something is an advertisement, feel free to contact a GA.

  • The punishment for breaking this rule is a permanent ban without pardon.

18) Destructing or incineration of buildings is against the rules unless your roleplay was supervised by a GA and permission was granted beforehand.
If you'd like to either destruct, destroy or incinerate a building with a valid roleplay reason, contact a GA to receive permission and have your roleplay supervised to make sure every thing has been roleplayed correctly.

  • The punishment for breaking this rule can vary from an admin jail to a permanent ban, solely depending on severity.

19) No constant jumping to get somewhere faster or dodge bullets.
This is for the same purpose as rule #14, it is not something you would do in real life and also not a valid roleplay situation. If you actually want to roleplay jumping constantly, notify a GA.

  • The punishment for breaking this rule can vary from an admin jail to a permanent ban, solely depending on severity.

20) Leaders of factions must always consult a GA before making major changes to their faction (only valid for government instituted factions).
To make sure that your planned decisions for your faction will work out properly, consult a GA before actually executing your decisions. We always want to know what goes around in our factions and help if we can.

  • The punishment for breaking this rule can vary from a simple warning to a demotion or in worst cases, a faction kick should it be a repeated offense.

21) Stealing faction vehicles is not allowed.
Is it very annoying for a faction to have its vehicles stolen every minute. And therefore we have decided to implement a rule to avoid this from happening. If you have a valid roleplay reason you may attempt to steal a faction vehicles with your roleplay supervised by an admin and have permission granted beforehand.

  • The punishment for breaking this rule can vary from an admin jail to a permanent ban, solely depending on severity.

  • The punishment for breaking this rule can vary from an admin jail to a permanent ban, solely depending on severity.

25) Quitting to avoid is forbidden.
Do not quit to avoid a roleplay situation of any kind. You are here to roleplay and that is what you will do. No force crashing either because it's rather obvious when someone does that. If you did actually crash during a roleplay situation, come back as soon as you can and PM the players you were roleplaying with to continue it.

  • The punishment for breaking this rule can vary from an admin jail to a permanent ban, solely depending on severity.

26) Do not provoke government instituted factions.
It's annoying to have someone ram into you and force you to chase them every so often as either an EMS employee or MPD employee. This is also considered as failure to roleplay.

  • The punishment for breaking this rule can vary from an admin jail to a permanent ban, solely depending on severity.

27) Do not transfer anything and I repeat, anything, to one of your characters.
If you have multiple characters, they all have their own personality, life and roleplay. You are not allowed to transfer money to one of your other characters as this is considered as an offense which you can get banned for.

  • The punishment for breaking this rule is a permanent ban without pardon.

28) Always roleplay taking out weapons specifically.
You are supposed to roleplay taking out any kind of weapon with a specific /me or /do. Make sure you roleplay where you're taking it from, how you're taking it and what exactly you're taking out.

31) Keep your advertisements realistic.
This is also includes no illegal advertisements. Only decent advertisements to either sell, buy or promote something. The advertisement company is not something you can play with.
